And thus, I decided to look for the best personal trainer I could possibly find. I have been looking for some time to choose the right one (I didn’t want the type of female fitness trainer that looks like a gorilla to me) as it is pretty huge investment. However, honestly I know it is much better investment than just buying a new pair of shoes, right? :) Therefore, I have chosen Lucie Cahová.
From tomorrow on, I will be going to the gym with her twice a week, plus at least twice a week cardio (mostly jogging) and at least once a week yoga class.
So, can’t wait to see some progress :). Tomorrow I will post a short article about the food that I will be eating during my 3-month challenge :).
