From Chocolate To Broccoli

What do I eat?

Besides my favorite chocolate, I’ve also had to cross out corn, beetroot, grapes, banana and cocktails. Did you know that one glass (the little glass) of Cosmopolitan has more than 210 calories? Imagine if you have three glasses of this “pizza” drink, then you should spend the rest of the week in the gym :D.

Now I focus on eating these products according to my plan I described earlier in the article.


  • Meat (chicken, turkey, rabbit)
  • Fish
  • Egg
  • Cottage
  • Mozzarela light
  • Cheese (max. 30% fat)
  • Olomoucko syrečky (known only in the Czech Republic)
  • Yoghurt (with 0% fat)
  • Ham (90% meat)


  • Flakes
  • Potatoes
  • Rice (white Basmati)
  • Bulgur
  • Couscous
  • Wholewheat bread
  • Legumes


  • Nuts
  • Avocado
  • Egg yolk
  • Salmon
  • Oil
  • Olives

Believe or not … The composition of food I eat every day has positive effect on my weight but as well as mood and skin. I can’t wait to see the result after three months. I’m pretty sure I won’t have any intention to even think about the chocolate :).
