My aim is to lose 5 kg and shape my body to look stunning in all the bandage dresses I’ve recently bought. Exercising with my fitness trainer is one part of my challenge, the second one is changing my eating habit. And honestly, changing my eating habit is worst than spending hours and hours in the gym.
Although I’m not a big fan of dumplings, fried cheese or pizza, I absolutely love chocolate! I was (and actually I’m still) chocolate addicted … I’ve ben eating chocolate every single day for ages. And suddenly I’m supposed to stop eating it? Can’t believe :(.
A few days back I’ve changed my eating habit from three bigger meals a day to five or si
x smaller portions. No more a full plate of pasta carbonara or french fries with mayonnaise in the evening (and of course not even in the morning :D). So, each meal consists of:
- Breakfast: carbohydrates + proteins + (fats) + roughage
- Morning snack: carbohydrates + proteins + (fats) + roughage
- Lunch: carbohydrates + proteins + (fats) + roughage
- Afternoon snack: carbohydrates + (fats) + roughage
- Dinner: carbohydrates + (fats) + roughage
- Late dinner: proteins/fats
It looks like a lot of food, right? But don’t worry. The portion isn’t huge any more. And if I’m not hungry, it doesn’t mean that I have to eat all meals. I just skip it and feel better to save some calories for later on ;). Eating small portions is very difficult at the beginning as you never feel completely full. However, it has some positives. I never feel so tired after the the lunch, so I can dive into my workload again with full concentration.
It’s been just a few days (since Monday) that I’m on this diet and I have to admit I feel much, much better, like 10kg lighter :) :) :).
